Solstice
Just a few days away from the solstice and I’ve gone and gotten sick. Not too surprising since the weather has been bipolar lately. Nice and warm one day, then bitter cold the next. It probably doesn’t help that I waited around in a damp jersey for half an hour between races on Sunday.
So it’s rest and lots of water for me on this lovely warm day. At least I should be better when it starts to rain again later this week.
