Just a few days away from the solstice and I’ve gone and gotten sick. Not too surprising since the weather has been bipolar lately. Nice and warm one day, then bitter cold the next. It probably doesn’t help that I waited around in a damp jersey for half an hour between races on Sunday.

It’s amazing how many times you can drop the f-bomb with your heart pumping at 193 BPM. Despite being anaerobic and fighting to beat the guys next to you; you can still cuss some one out a good dozen times before you cross the finish line.
