Back from the Snowy North
The Blue Flavor family decided to pack our bag and head up to Whistler for a little winter vacation. It also corresponded with Web Directions North so we were able to spend a little time with many of our peers in, what was for me, a pre SXSW bash.
Anyway, here a few of the highlights from this past weekend.
- Meeting lots of people who I’ve only emailed with over the past couple of years.
- Meeting some new peeps: Cindy, Patrick, Jackson, Jeremy, Sean and all the others who’s names are escaping me.
- Sparkleby, ‘nuff said.
- Learning to snowboard and actually making it down the mountain.
- Harassing and getting harassed by Malarkey on the mountain during the snowboarding lesson.
- Uncle Bill picking up the tab on Friday and Saturday.
- Finding another geek lindy hopper: Cindy (Did anyone record that?).
- Playing games while drinking Bailey’s and coffee.
- Some much needed time away from Seattle.
Alright, time for bed.
